Terms of Service

These terms govern access to NewsAgent, operated by Top Press. NewsAgent is publishing workflow software for authorized publishers and their staff.

Authorized use

You may use the service only for portals, WordPress sites, and social Pages you own or are authorized to manage. You are responsible for the accuracy, legality, editorial suitability, and rights associated with content published through your portal.

Connected services

Connecting a WordPress site or Facebook Page authorizes NewsAgent to perform the selected actions through the credentials and permissions you provide. You can revoke a Facebook connection through Facebook's business integration settings or request that Top Press disables it.

Availability and safeguards

NewsAgent includes automated workflows and delivery safeguards, but no automated system can guarantee that every source, provider, or external platform will be available or error-free. Publishers remain responsible for reviewing the operating policy and monitoring their portal.

Suspension and termination

Top Press may suspend access where required for security, legal compliance, abuse prevention, or system protection. A portal owner may request disconnection and deletion of its connection data as described on the data-deletion page.
